Care Instructions
Please handle with care, our jewelry is handmade. We use primarily stainless steel, which is tarnish resistant. However, we still advise keeping jewelry away from moisture, allowing perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing, and storing your jewelry in our complimentary Youthful Metals box for safe keeping.
Materials
Stainless steel does contain trace amounts of nickel and may be irritable to sensitive skin. Some items such as earring studs and backing can be substituted for sterling silver, upon request with additional charge. Contact us for more details.
Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason.
Repair Policy
We offer free repairs and resizing. Customer is only responsible for cost of shipping. Please contact for us to receive a shipping label to return the item. It will be repaired or resized and shipped back to you within 1-2 weeks.
Shipping & Handling
All shipping is processed by USPS, domestic and international, unless stated otherwise. Tracking numbers will be sent by email once your order has been packaged. Please confirm all your shipping information is correct upon checking out. Youthful Metals is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or mishandled packages due to shipping errors. If there is an issue, please contact us and we can help facilitate customer service through USPS. However, refunds will not be issued due to shipping errors.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of the US are subject to additional fees upon arrival due to VAT (value-added tax) and duties. Youthful Metals does not have control over these fees.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 weeks for production, packaging, and shipping. Youthful Metals is currently run by a disabled artist! Thank you for your patience.
